What Is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine allows you to meet your doctor or medical aesthetic specialist through a secure video call. You’ll receive professional guidance and treatment recommendations without having to visit the clinic in person.

It’s a simple and convenient way to discuss your skin concerns, review ongoing treatments, or plan your next aesthetic procedure.

When to Choose a Telemedicine Appointment

A virtual consultation is ideal if you:

  • Want an initial skin assessment before booking an in-clinic treatment

  • Need a follow-up appointment after a recent procedure

  • Have questions about side effects, results, or maintenance

  • Prefer medical advice from home due to distance or scheduling

Our team ensures you get the same professional care and attention you’d receive in person.

How It Works

  1. Book Online: Schedule your telemedicine appointment through our website or by phone.

  2. Connect Securely: You’ll receive a private video link before your appointment.

  3. Meet Your Provider: During the call, our specialist will discuss your concerns, assess your skin visually, and create a personalized treatment plan.

  4. Follow Up: If needed, we’ll arrange an in-clinic session for procedures that require physical treatment.
